Confirm which SR360R you are buying
SR360R is a model family encountered across years and markets. Archived SANY documentation for an SR360R C10 configuration lists 360 kN·m maximum rotary-drive torque, up to 2,500 mm pile diameter and different maximum depths for friction and interlocking Kelly bars. Current SANY H10 products also use the SR360R name. These references are useful, but the used unit's plate and configuration control the purchase.
Ask for serial number, production-year evidence, engine plate, emission label, controller version, crowd system, rotary-drive details and the Kelly specification. If the seller cannot provide an original data sheet for that unit, record the gap and verify critical dimensions directly.
Match the rig to the foundation design
Provide pile diameter, normal and maximum depth, soil and rock sequence, groundwater, casing plan, tool type and working platform limits. The maximum brochure number should not be the normal operating target. Leave practical margin for the actual geology, tool weight, Kelly configuration and condition of the machine.
A buyer also needs to specify production expectations. Deep easy-soil work and shorter hard-rock sockets stress different components. The same SR360R may be suitable for one project and a poor commercial choice for another even if both bore dimensions appear inside a published envelope.
Treat the Kelly bar as a priced component
The Kelly is not a free accessory. Identify friction or interlocking type, outer diameter, sections, length, manufacturer and compatibility. Measure wear at guide strips and locking areas, inspect welds and dents, and extend and retract the bar to check smooth movement. Confirm the theoretical and usable depth with the included tool.
